Pegboard Utility Knife Holder

The closed top provides a clean finish while the heavy diamond knurling ensures excellent grip. Dimensions Overall Size: 12mm diameter × 8mm height Recess: 5.5mm diameter, 3mm deep (sized for an M3 socket head) Knurling: 35-degree pitched V-groove diamond hatch Print notes Print flat on its base. No supports are required. If the bolt head is slightly loose, a drop of CA glue in the recess will lock it in permanently.
Hinged Dragon Injection Mold
Pouring liquid plastics into split molds usually ends with the halves sliding out of alignment, ruining the cast and spilling hot material everywhere. This print-in-place clamshell mold fixes that by locking the halves together with a permanent hinge and alignment pegs, ensuring a perfect seal every time you close it. The internal cavity forms a smooth, undercut-free dragon shape, fed by a top-mounted injection funnel. Air vents run across the parting line to prevent bubbles from trapping in the wings or tail. The box relies on a simple, robust knuckle hinge designed to take a piece of 1.75mm filament as the pin. Features Inputs & Outputs: Three large 16mm inputs on the left flank, and five 12mm output holes on the right. Internal Routing: Twin divider walls keep power runs clean and separated from the main breaker rail. Hinge Design: Alternating 24mm knuckles on the box and lid mate tightly. Slide a bit of standard 3D printer filament through the 2.4mm bore to link them together. Signage: Raised "ELDOSA" lettering on the top cover. Print notes Print both parts flat on the bed. No supports are needed for the box's side holes if your printer handles bridging well, though you can add them if you prefer perfectly round cutouts. Ensure your bottom layer isn't heavily squished, or you may need to ream out the hinge holes with a 2mm drill bit before inserting the filament pin.
